Yes,  the home has a spa with a spill over into the infinity pool.

Yes, Serenity Palms is located directly on the Southwest Spreader Canal, offering direct Gulf access within about 10-15 minutes.

Can we bring or rent a boat?

Yes of course.  You can bring your own boat and launch it at Rum Runners or rent from a local rental company.

Can we fish from the dock?

Absolutely!  We do offer a cleaning station with running water on the dock for all the fish you catch.

Yes, We have 6 7 speed beach cruisers available for your use.  We also have helmets and bicycle locks if you decide to use the bicycles to run about town for a while

Are linens and towels provided?

Absolutely, linens and premium bath towels are always provided.  We also have pool/beach towels we ask that you use for those purposes.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen?

Yes,  We have a fully stocked kitchen including plasticware for use by the pool and lanai area.

There is a grill on the lanai and additional propane tanks are in the garage should they need to be changed out.

Parking is available on the driveway and 1 space in the garage.

I am sorry, pets are not allowed.  Many people have allergies and we are trying to make Serenity Palms comfortable  and allergy free for everyone to enjoy their vacation.

Serenity Palms is a smoke free home.  If you are a smoker, we ask that you are respectful and smoke outside with the doors/windows closed and discard your cigarette butts in to a can and put them in the outside garbage bins.

Due to the insurance, we can only allow those on the rental agreement in the home.  We do not allow events or parties on the property.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am

It may be available when scheduling permits and additional fees may apply.  We will not be able to advise about an early check-in or late check-out until 24 hours prior.
